Capsule can limit what external IP’s you request, but for some reason the validating webhook is unreachable at the moment. This means that nothing can be deployed, so I have removed that webhook from the installation. As soon as this is fixed (by me or Capsule, depending on the reason for this issue) this commit should be reverted.
